Exchanges and Returns: We do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased from our online store, except in the case of damaged merchandise.


Damaged Merchandise: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. To process a change or credit, follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product.
  2. Send the photos to our customer support team via our email or online chat.
  3. Our team will evaluate the photos and provide you with additional instructions.

Store Credit: In the event of damaged merchandise, we will issue a credit to your customer account in our online store. This credit can be used for future purchases.

*Unfortunately, this store credit only applies to items that were purchased at regular price, items purchased on sale are final sale. Payment per shipment is final and does not apply to a store credit.*
