Shipping Policy

Shipments and Deadlines:
Shipments are made by parcel and have an estimated time of 3 to 5 business days. The timeframe may vary depending on the customer's location.
The standard shipping cost may vary.
During promotional periods or events such as the "Hot Sale", orders may be delayed. They appreciate your understanding in these cases.

Responsibilities:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct details when making the purchase (name, telephone number, address, mail). If there are errors in the data and the guide is generated, the company is not responsible for extra charges for retrieving the package.
Once the package has been dispatched, the responsibility shifts to the service provider company (USPS).

Missing or Problem Reporting:
If your package arrives incomplete or with any errors, you should contact the store immediately.
You must provide photographs of the guide attached to the packaging, the complete outer packaging, and the inner packaging (if applicable). Also, photos that show damage or signs of violation.
The report must be made within 24 calendar hours after receiving the order1.

Order Delivered, but Not Received:
If you don't recognize the delivery of your package, report it immediately to the store for follow-up with the parcel service provider.
Response time may vary and is subject to messaging policies.
